These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and pussyapp ("Platform", "We"). By registering, accessing, or using any part of the pussyapp platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

The pussyapp platform operates under a valid international licence. All services provided — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and arcade games — are subject to these Terms, as well as any additional guidelines published from time to time.

To use the full services of the pussyapp platform, you are required to register a personal account. Each individual is only allowed to hold one active account. Registration of more than one account by the same individual — using different names, email addresses, mobile phone numbers, or payment information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method chosen. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved, subject to required verification.

All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered under the account holder's own name. Use of third-party accounts for deposit or withdrawal purposes is strictly prohibited. pussyapp reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction suspected of involving third-party fund transfers, money laundering, or fraudulent activity.

pussyapp offers various promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and rules stated alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of that promotion will take precedence.

The pussyapp welcome bonus gives you 200% of your first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus value received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering required: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM1,500 → Account balance RM3,100 → Wagering required: RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000

Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash. Winnings from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fully met. pussyapp reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if there are signs of promotion abuse, including the use of betting strategies aimed at meeting wagering requirements without genuine risk.

All games available on the pussyapp platform operate using an independently certified random number generator (RNG), ensuring every game outcome is fair and free from any manipulation. Game results that have been recorded and confirmed by the platform system are final and cannot be disputed except on grounds of a provable technical error.

In situations where a technical disruption occurs during a game session — including internet connection interruptions, server failures, or software malfunctions — pussyapp reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the original bet amount to the player's account. Payment will not be made for any round whose outcome cannot be confirmed due to a technical disruption.

Users of the pussyapp platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Registering or using more than one account.
• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Carrying out any action intended to deceive, defraud, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Abusing promotions or seeking arbitrage opportunities between promotions.
• Conducting money laundering or using the platform for illegal transactions.
• Sharing account login information with other parties.
• Using the platform for activities that violate any applicable law.

pussyapp takes social responsibility seriously. We provide players with a range of tools to help them manage their own gambling habits. Players can access the following tools through their account settings or by contacting our support team:

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer service. Before an account is closed, all outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawal requests, and any unresolved issues must first be settled in accordance with the established procedures.

The pussyapp platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pussyapp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, pussyapp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including loss of expected winnings, business interruption, or loss of data.

pussyapp is not responsible for any losses resulting from third-party internet connection disruptions, payment provider failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, infrastructure outages, or government authority directives.

pussyapp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Users are advised to review this page periodically to ensure they remain aware of the latest version of the Terms.

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the legal principles applicable under pussyapp's international licensing. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties before being referred to a competent arbitration body.
